My birthdate is the same as Simon Cowell's. What's your bloody excuse, eh?

Charla always gets the good lines. Last week it was “I got electrocuted” and this week, it’s “My ass is too big!”. LOL I couldn’t believe that they actually went to St Petersburg, Russia. Damn, those spoilers have been working overtime, haven’t they?
Overall, I think this was a really lame episode. The flight connections got too damn confusing. But I can’t help but smile to see Charla and Mirna catching up with Team Pizzathetic in the connecting flight. Their expressions were just simply precious. (I think they were also alarmed that Charla was doing quite well gorging the caviar at the pitstop)

I hope none of you missed the quick shot of nuns going down the escalator (with some appropriate angelic sounds in the background) at the Buenos Aires airport before the camera zoomed in on Brandon and Nicole (who were obviously not as angelic as they think). I was practically LMAO at that scene. In terms of editing, I thought it was rather Burnett-ish.. and was hoping it would act as a foreshadowing to their downfall during the pitstop (You bad. You get stomach ache), but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.
Speaking of the pitstop, eating a kilo of caviar is just too lame lame lame. They make Gervase look good eating those Malaysian grubs. Kudos to Botox-man a.k.a Chip for downing the 2 pounds of fish roe like there’s no tomorrow. I still dislike him though.
My favourite teams, the twins and the moms had me worried there. I’m so glad they made it through. I am so rooting these two teams right up to the end. And as for Bob and Joyce.. It was bittersweet to see them get eliminated this round. I don’t have any strong feelings for them, but when Bob was cheering her on at the pitstop and the scene during their carriage ride to the pitstop was very beautiful. Oh my. I think they might convince me that it IS possible to find love on the internet after all.

NAH! I doubt it. But it’s nice to see them together. Bob also had one of the best quotes of the week : “I’m so proud of her” (as he hugged Joyce after being told they were eliminated”. Another quote of the week was by Colin : “I’m so proud of her” (insincerely as he looked away from Christie with his stone faced expression, while Phil told them they were the second team to arrive). Oooh one more quote : “Are you gonna hug me again?” by a nervous Phil as he was approached by Mirna when he was clearly thinking “Oh great, not again”. LOL
