My birthdate is the same as Simon Cowell's. What's your bloody excuse, eh?

I’ll try not to be too bitchy tonight cause I really had a bad day, I take it one down, I sing a sad song just to turn it around. Well not so much as singing a sad song, but rather had everyone in the meeting room stare at their shoes while I have my outburst in the office today. Do not, under any circumstances, be surprised if you read in the news that someone jumped off the 88th floor of the KLCC tower soon. That would most probably just be me.
Before I start can I just say Semencrust’s joke about Katharine getting it on with Kevin was just in very very very poor taste. For one, it is a family show. Secondly, that guy isn’t even of legal age. Seriously, what is up with Ryan? I swear, he’s gotten way too comfortable and arrogant since he got his star on the Walk of Fame. Okay let’s get into this :
Paris Bennett - Conga by Gloria Estefan
There’s just something awkward about Paris. I loved her during her auditions, but I can safely conclude that no matter how good she is going to be, I will never ever be a fan of hers. And the judges are totally walking on eggshells with their comments on her. Why can’t they just say out loud that she stank? A 5.
Lisa Taylor - Here’s Where I Stand by Tiffany Taylor
Aaaaaaargh who the hell does she remind me of????????? This is driving me fricken nuts, I tell ya. Anyway, very beautiful, very good. A 9.5
Melissa McGhee - What About Love by Heart
Again, I loved hearing her huskiness. But she is definitely not Idol-material. A 6.
Kinnik Sky - If I Ain’t Got You by Alicia Keys
This particular performance makes me weep for our own Atilia. Kinnik has been inconsistent from the beginning. One performance she was good, in others she was bad. This was very very bad. A 3.
Katharine McPhee - Think by Aretha Franklin
Diana DeGarmo >>>>>>>>>>>> Katharine McPhee. Her version of this songs sounds way too laidback and it actually sounds lazy. Can a performance sound lazy? Apparently it can. I still like her a lot though. She still has my vote for the female winner of this season. A lazy 6.
Ayla Brown - Unwritten by Natasha Bedingfield
What the fuck? I personally thought that was ultra disappointing after all her great performances. Easily her weakest to date. A 4.
Mandisa - I’m Every Woman by Chaka Khan
OMG I love her sense f humour. And as for her performance, all hail Mandissa!! A 10.
Kellie Pickler - I’m The Only One by Melissa Etheridge
Her best one yet. I didn’t expect to like the performance. I don’t like her personality though. You can take the girl out of Hicksville, but you can’t take the Hicksville out of the girl. What is this? Hillbilly goes Hollywood? I do not like her. But performance wise, it was good. A 7.
Top Three Girls : Mandissa, Lisa, Kellie (the impossible has finally happened)
Bottom Two Girls : Kinnik, Ayla.
But honestly I don’t mind seeing any of the girls cut out from the competition this week except for Mandissa, Lisa and Katharine.
Golden nugget : “I kinda prefer you to last year’s winner, actually” ~ Simon Cowell. I loved how he flatly dissed Carrie. Hopefully this will incur the wrath of Carrie fans and make them not vote for Kellie. It’s a win-win situation.
