Mob & aw : I’m not sure on his current Malaysian status. He might have dual-citizenship. Anyway, I’m kinda excited because he was born AND raised (up till high school) in Malaysia, and not just born then swiftly flown to the US.
Narrowband : Yeah, he must be one really smart cookie to get into MIT. Especially in the early 1970s.
Romeo : I have given up hope on ntv7. Tried lobbying for them to show Survivor (especially after they pulled off the crap by showing all of Vanuatu - except the last 2 episodes). Assholes. AND Can’t wait for the cast release on TAR All Star.. but then again, you probably already know who’s on

MTV is a complete waste of time. It’s just a pile of mess.
When i was working in the US i met someone like this yauman, about the same age too and worked in IT as well. said he was from sarawak in fact but i didn’t ask if he had american citizenship or what not. anyway he asked where in malaysia do i live and i answered “in a house” so didn’t get too many questions after that haha
personally I would apply for PR status but i don’t think i’d ever give up my citizenship.
oh and i’m gonna sign up for DIGI’s unlimited broadband soon, enough of this tmnet crap. hope it’s not crappy (or worse)!

M : AXN used to show reruns of Africa. That stopped a long way back. Not sure why nobody’s picking Survivor up. It still is among the best 5 reality shows in the US, and despite the new twists and stuff, it’s still interesting.
And ntv7 is really crap lah.. they dont even have a forum anymore.. I’m guessing they dont want to hear viewers complaining.

Wow! I fellow Malaysian. That’s great news. I hope he gets to stay long in the game.
Anyway, if any channel picks up Survivor, I hop it’s either tv2 or tv3. Reception of 8tv is really crappy at my place and channel 9 is nearly non-existance (u can only see some shadows inside the snowflakes). Ntv7 is still watchable, but it’s also turning flakey nowadays.
