American Idol - Final 9

Sorry for no updates on American Idol this week. I don’t know why, I just wasn’t in the mood last night. Maybe it’s because of Classics Week (god what a borefest), or maybe I was severely depressed cause I actually watched the final 30 minutes of the Akademi Fantasia concert rerun. My bet is on the second. It’s time like this, I find myself wishing for that Adlin person would come back and replace that particular judge who keeps delivering sermons, motivational speeches and the whole ‘understand the concept’ tirade. Nak katakan over, memang terlebih over. Bah humbug.

Anyway, I wasn’t particularly paying attention during the show (I caught the 6 pm show). Not even Melinda held my attention. I have to say I think Sanjaya was actually at his best last night cause there were no stupid gimmicks. That girl actually has a decent voice. I still don’t like him though.. sorry Y. LOL. Anyway, for this week’s recap, sorry to disappoint but have a look at Y’s Kopitiam or Shah’s Blog.

My friend told me Nigel Slater said that tonight’s boot will be the biggest shocker in Idol history. Something tells me that I won’t be surprised by it at all. Think Omarosa and Elton. Ho-hum.

AF? haha am not watching AF anymore, the host seems to get even more gedik by the year (patut pun anak murid terover gedik, tgk la “uncle” drg).

as for AI, biggest shocked? when i read that i thot it would be lakisha but the real result tak shocker pun… shocker mungkin that the other two in the B3 stayed tapi biggest shocker? nah, biggest shocker was when Fantasia Latoya and Jenn in b3 together.

Horatio : LOL I guess you haven’t watched Cicakman, eh? Well, if you have low blood pressure, I suggest you go watch it. Sure go up one! Anyway, haven’t been to kitten.com.my in a long while! Hope everything’s well over there!

Y : Ya la.. actually I’m shocked that it was the shocking boot that I was expecting. I honestly thought LaKisha was going tonight. Gina’s boot was.. well inevitable. But I do love the edginess in her voice though.

U r the forumer there? Things had been getting worse actually n i m juz too tired to see n argue with ppl who wanted to tegak benang yg basah. concentrate on my new club now.

Horatio : Hahaha don’t be sorry. Yeah I’m a forummer there (also go by the nick Izad) but I think I have less than 20 posts and haven’t been there in ages because..well you know lah .. hehe.. but I still love going there to get lots of useful info though

u r Heroes fan too? n still downloading? poor thing… i had all 18 Episodes of Heroes. Now awaiting Apr 23 when they start to play Episode .07 where it features Nathan Petrelli n Sylar… (ok ok, got to stop b4 i got bazooka-ed).

is horatio named after the CSI miami guy? apart from admiral nelson, its quite a rare name.

hey, we’re up to episode what ah on astro? last week was the 6 months earlier one. are we really behind? i cant wait, but i cant be bothered to download either.

FBB : Heheh not sure about Horatio. He’s one of the admins over at the http://www.kitten.com.my/forum (Very informative place if you love cats, but sometimes a little bit of a drama.. hehe). I’m not sure what episode it is on Astro lah.. but you can see the episode listing here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Heroes_episodes (inluding the ones already shown in the US - which is now up to episode 18)
