Homemade Lamb Stew

Ingredients : Canned tomatoes, Tomato puree, Carrot, Bell Pepper, Onions, Garlic, Celery, Rosemary, Basil, Lamb, Salt, Pepper Step 1 : Brown the lamb. Careful not brown too many lamb pieces at once, as this will actually steam the lamb, rather than browning it.
Step 2 : Sautee the crushed garlic and onion wedges Step 3 : Put in the carrots and the celery
Step 4 : Put in the lamb Step 5 : Sweat for 5 minutes
Step 6 : Put in the canned tomatoes Step 7 : Put in the fresh herbs
Step 8 : Put in more canned tomatoes, tomato puree and season. Step 9 : Simmer on low heat for 1.5-2 hours until lamb is tender.
